Way too slow for large amounts of data. I had a database with approx. 20 tables with about 2,000,000 rows total. With this product 9 hours later it was not half way complete. With another product, complete in 1 hour.
Customer service was so bad I must comment on that as well. When I received the product there was a bug in the scheduling feature. After roughly two weeks, the company finally got back with me on a "fix," at least that is what they said. I installed the "fix" but nothing was different (not even the version number of the app). The company told me they did not adjust the version number but the scheduling issue was fixed. I was not able to see any difference between the "fix" and the original. The scheduling feature did not work.
On the company web site, they say you can get a refund if you are not satisfied. When I asked for a refund, they sent me a "refund form." They told me I had to snail mail the refund form to them. They would not accept the form as an attachment to an email. I never did find out why. The address I needed to send the refund form to was to a country I never heard of.
